Am I right in thinking that all the super lean guys that eat whatever they like just have super fast metabolisms?
so my quesiton.....is fat loss simply a result of a heightened metabolism?
So when i am dieting, i should aim to get my metabolism running as fast as possible? rather than trying to carefully micro manage my macronutrients?
the more meals the better? eating until i am not quite full at each meal? every couple of hours?
Basically i wanan know if my aim should be to increase my metabolism, rather than focusing on certain amounts of carbs, proteins and fats.
