opti men my new multi vit

im using a new multi

in the past ive used beverly international multi and then animal pak for longest time

now im using opti men by on...only 3 pills...seems to be a good blend of stuff

mine is one pill a day i use twinlab daily one for now but the bottle is almost empty

i briefly checked the label seems to be pretty good, i like the fact that they included a viri and phyto blend (although im not sure about the optimal dose of all those ingredients its nice to have that)

yes! i like all the veggies and fruit in it! and no iron either!
