we give billions of dollars a year in "aid" for all sorts of reasons.

This is not just $$$ for abortions but family planning, education, contraception, etc...   

It's not like we just show up with pallets of stacked $100 bills and throw them around like footballs

Well I have no problem with torture of the enemy.As far as Im concerned,we should poke their freaking eyes out with hot sticks.So I guess each guy has his own view.In fact,Id like them to take EVERY guy in Gitmo and cut their freaking heads off with hack saws.
