Bone Contusion of th shoulder
with fluid buildup.   I see a surgeon tuesday.

Im gonna slam it hard at work, and see if i can go back inthe gym and just do legs
like extensions curls and calves.


I lost 20lbs.

And im gonna sue the cops.
I have already once in L.A when they broke my wrist and Won (they settled for $50,000) (20) yrs ago.
3 days prior to Rodney King they broke it (same foothill police dept)
