LOL.  Servio was at his all time best at the Olympia 240.  I'm not a fan of his but I had him ahead of Melvin.

I honestly dont think AD has ever been as lean as he was in those youtube vids that he's posted. He can verify this himself, but if those videos are any indication he will be at his all time best in a few weeks at the Ironman.

I think the competition should look out! AD is like the new Melvin Anthony, awesome shape, symmetry, some of the best shoulders and arms in the business, and now hes going to bring the conditioning!

I meant I'll up my abs to 5 days a week from 3 and add a 3rd ab exercise .I've been doing hanging abs and roman chair straight leg raises so I'll throw in some crunch machine work.keep the calves around 4 days depending on how they feel . Pose more so I'm flowing and it looks effortless(as effortless as possible). I started tanning for the color and  to sweat out some water . Thats what I was talking about  turning it up a notch .I can eat as much as I want out of my choices the problem is I dint want to eat that CRAP. but I do want to win so I'll make a conscious effort to eat like A Olympia bid,a check,a possible re invitation to the Arnold and perhaps a sponsor is all on the line.
