Don't get me wrong I'm a huge Brandon Roy fan, how else would I stumble upon those videos.  I guess I did seem a little sarcastic saying "MONSTER."  A thousand apologies MR. Roy.  I just thought getbiggers would like to see how someone can use the gym to train for something useful rather than just bulking up.
