Just finished 2 chicken breast schnitzels, a green salad, and oatmeal with honey, cinnamon and peeled apples (2).
It was my 3rd meal of the day. I will read getbig for another 30 min maybe, reading Will Grant posts where he bashes me to fuel my rage.
He is on 1.5 grams of test weekly so I have a lot of ground to make up.
I will anihilate chest and tris today (ussually I never train triceps)
my routine will be :
incline bench dumbell flies 6 sets x 12 reps x 40 lbs
incline bench press 6x12x135 lbs
flat db flies 6x12x40 lbs
flat BP 6x12x135 lbs
crossover flies 4x12
dips 4x12
frenchpress 4x12
I will be so pumped when I'll be done I'll fucking burst ( in a non gay fashion )
I wanna turn pro, make cash then buy a 25k nissan and put 80k of upgrades in it....that's my dream ....and own 2 mansions in New Zealand of course
