Drop sets till you die......l run the rack for bis and they will explode with blood if you can push through the intense pain.  I go through a set of 10 on each of these weights once every month to shock em.....60's, 55's, 50's, 45's, 40's .....all the way to 10's with only 10 seconds rest to shake em out a bit.  I go through this 4 times (3rd and 4th I sometimes can only then start with 50's) with about 4 mins rest and do it once a month and the pump is insane like nothing you have ever felt.   Stretch em out real good before and after and drink lots of water otherwise you wont be doing much with your arms for the next 48 hours.....good luck....I advise everyone to try this shocking run the rack sets for arms at least once in their lifetimes.....

I do this too sometimes.

I never really do direct bi work (don't know why really, just never really enjoyed training them.)

So when i do, occasionally i too will run the rack. Crazy pump and is a time effecient way of training them.
No doubt about it...

Did Beefh's bicep blast today and it killed big time.

After two warmups went for 85lb of 10x10 . First set was no problem. Normally I would up the weight but I knew I was in for a rough ride. Did two more sets before I had to drop. I started dropping by 5lb every 2 sets. Ending up at the 10th set back to my warmup weight of 65lb.

Huge pump and my bis are cooked.

I finished with 4 sets of reverse grip drag curls and some forearm work.

I will be back to this thread in 5 days for the next bicep workout.
