OK today is one week in, Test Prop and Deca 250. 50MG Eod of each. My eating habits did not change, exercise EOD 45min. Creatine only twice, 2 heavy protien shakes. My weight gain was 9.25 Lbs in one week. Now the scale deos not lie, but that number can be argued. ONe being first cycle and muscle memory. Also what of that gain is true lean muscle. All in all I cant completely knock the Geneza. Now I also cannot say it is great since I haven't taken anything else, even HG. But there is for sure increases in muscle and strength gains
