space ship, i can understand mods not wanting me to share my technologies, i will comply and speak no further of it


oh yeah getting stronger, recovery is slow because im heavier and love to train and paint wallls been getting less sleep because im wired with all the milk and soy milk and goldfish crackers
i usually do 185 bent over rows for one set of 20 then its 10-15 per set for about 12 sets would like to get alot stronger
