does any one know of any supplement,drug,or food that can boost flexibility

nothing short of stretching will increae flexibility.  What areas are you trying to work on?  I'm actually going to start a flexibilty program to do after my regular work out in the gym.

Always stretch AFTER being warmed up - either after your workout or ~10 min. cardio.
