Letrozole Dosage

I've got a bottle of some Innovative research Letro. currently between 14-13 weeks out from my show. I've got very very slight gyno in my right nip. Will this stuff get rid of it? When should I thorw it in and at what dosage? I heard it kills your sex drive as well, any truth to that?

1.25 mg EOD, more than enough iff the letro is good IMO.

Liquid Letro you could do 1.25 every 3 days..that stuff will KILL any lumps

If you are getting ready for a show, you should be on it right now.  I would go at this point 1 mg ED.  Not sure what your cycle for the show is but depending how you are looking as the show gets closer you may need to increase that to 1.5mg-2mg ED.  If you are truely holding fat and water in the typical estrogenic sides areas, like midsection, legs and lowback this is when the dosage should be increased.  Now if you not getting in shape cause of your diet then thats another thing.

Sex drive?  You cant have your cake and eat it too.  0 estrogen can result in a lower libido, but its not Letro's fault, it just does what its supposed do very well and that is the trade off.  A dry, lean physiqe for a shot at the spot light    Look at it this way the letro will be doing you a favor, no time to worry about pussy when prepping for a show, too much of a distraction, this will keep you focused.

Other than drying you out, what is the benefit of using Letro that far out from a contest?  Does reducing estrogen help with fat loss?  I can understand using it close to and during the show to dry out, but I guess I don't know much about its use otherwise during prep.  Please educate me.

Side effects from estrogen in men are water and fat retention and some other stuff but those are the ones that effect your appearance.  Now the estro does not clear out overnight it takes 5-7 days to establish therapeutic blood levels of Letro.  People saying Letro knocked out gyno in 2 days are off base.  A look at the package insert form Femara and it says it takes about a week till it starts working full blast.  I will also say the fat holding nastiness of estro is tenacious! So better give yourself time to lose the fat too, again all takes time.

Now some people may wait till the last moment to try and pull all kinds of "tricks" I like to be sure all the bases are covered well ahead of time.  Letro is not a take as needed drug it is meant to be used for a steady duration.  Thats how the best results are obtained.

yop, like I said after 2 pills the gyno was gone ! (2 pills in 1 week, so it took about 6 or 7 days for the gyno to disapear)

What do you mean by this?  Are you saying that it's harder to lose fat if estrogen levels are high? 

That's consistant with what I've always believed.  If so, then there is a benefit to keeping estrogen at a normal to low level while dieting.

It's kind of like the anabolic vs. anti-catobolic argument (i.e. Clen).  Does it really matter which effect the drug has?  Either promotes muscle growth in the right environment at the right dose.
