Is there anything worth taking to help you deal with clen's side effects? I had a friend tell me to take Benadryl if I started itching. I only really itched when I first cycled Clen though, I'm on my third cycle and now I just get headaches and feel kind of dizzy/have a hard time concentrating.

you take benadryl to slow down your body from adpaing to the clen...

 clen desensitizes your beta adrenoceptors and bendryl sensitizes them...

I know probably a hundred people who've taken clen and not a single one of them has ever mentioned itching as a side affect. Cramping is rampant. Pound back taurine and potassium if it gets bad. I've had many cramps in my neck when yawning, my cheeks have cramped from laughing and my GOOCH (for lack of a better term) has fucking cramped while having sex in the doggy style position. I made an ex bleed from ramming her so hard once. Had a bad cramp. She just kept screaming for more... probably thought I was busting a nut LOL

Clen tends to give certain people sides depending on several factors.

If you can handle the headaches and jitters, you've won......

As long as you aren't cramping, you'll be straight.

Take in your potassium, sodium and taurine to avoid cramps.

Clenbuterol cramps are some of the most painful I have ever experienced.

The muscles felt like they were trying to tear away from the bone........and it was freaky to watch the sinewy muscle flex uncontrollably.

I have been taking the tabs like this: 1112223 for the last 7 days. So I'm up to 3 tabs a day now, but to be honest after the first 2 days my side effects aren't really there aside from the inevitable ones ( out of breath walking up the stairs, feeling kind of jittery ). No headaches, no cramping, no scratching. Almost feels kind of weird and makes me want to ramp up the dose but I figure I'll keep going the way I am until I get to 6 tabs a day, do that for a little while and then let my receptors chill for 2 weeks. Thoughts on that plan?

I definitely got the itching my first cycle. It was unreal. I had cramps real bad then too, but since this is my 4th Clen cycle (and hopefully last if I can hit my goal weight) the sides are much less intense.

I think he lifts for power though and they tend to be a little heavier.  If he got shredded he may have good size.  Hard to really tell since he is wearing a shirt at the beach which I will never understand why people do that.

All I'll say is many LARGE people are quite shocked about how light they really are when they TRULY diet down hard.  It is amazing sometimes.
