Peter resigned, and other people took over. Of course, speculation as why or what happened abounds... Change happens.
Here was the announcement...

Thanks Ron. I guess that's their way of saying that new folks are in, but it doesn't really say that Pete's out. Maybve they'll mention it on PBBW radio...ol' Bob might mention it.
I think that it's a good thing, perhaps FLEX will bounce back with some newer formats and less of the Julian Schmidt penned thesaurus articles. Seriously, we all know that pro DON'T TALK LIKE DAT...and there's better ways around it.
I see one of two things happening...it gets a lot better (even though I noticed that Peter penned the latest article about the history of the Arnold) and updated and smarter...or they end up just insulting the readers intelligence with light, lame interviews and worse training articles. And then FLEX will probably just dry up and go away.
Which wouldn't be so great, in my opinion.
FLEX readers shouldn't have to buy M&F for their better contest article footage. I mean, why does that mag get the hardcore stuff at ALL?...put it in FLEX.
