I added 1" on my claves in just over a month.

Then stopped training them from laziness. Dropped about 1/2"...back training them now

I have the latter too. I think big calves are fucking cool and one of the most eye catching bodyparts. Don't know if I would switch though.

I'd pick forearm size over calves. T-shirts are generally worn more often than shorts, and not many people really look at others' calves unless you're onstage.

Good question Goudy. I have big calves and small forearms and I'm happy with it so I would just stay the same. It's hard to get big calves if you don't have the genetics for them.

I always look at the size of calves on people in shorts lol

i would not conciously look at them at all but if i notice good calves ill thin

I remember when I was at the police, and a pretty fat dude came in with shorts on, and his fucking cavles were HUUUUUGE im impressed even to this day haha,

my friend is 5'6, around 220lbs and has 19.5" calves.

Never trained them. They insert so low and look ugly as hell but are HUUUUUUUUUUGGGE

Another guy i know had 22" calves when he was bulking. Competitive bbuilder though
