i wouldnt necessarily worry about the aspirin.
EC stack works wonders, especially if cutting is your concern.
1-gives you energy, especially going low carb. 1 cup coffee (or caffeine pill) before workout + 25-50mg ephedrine = good workout.
2-suppresses appettite. In my opinion, this is what made my last diet 100x better than without it.
although acutally you should never go low carb. your need to bathe your body in complex carbs. Your brain needs them, and you will have poor workouts with them. Dont eat junk, processed crap, etc. and you wont get fat.
