triked my chest doing dips minor pain when training for 2-3 months. humm.. stress my back a few times doing hyper tensions, hurt my back squatting once. i don't squat anymore because my form sucks, and i don't want to get hurt.
couple wrists and ankles sprains, minor cuts and abrasions on hands because i don't wear gloves. 2 fingers smashed by plates. No real damage.
Really i get more banged up playing basketball pickup games, then lifting.
