Well considering prior to 2008 we were up to our ass in Iraq, Bush did what he could. We conducted 2 offensives during the tour I was there and the fighting was very heavy. This isn't Iraq, there aren't people that can rebuild that country on their own. The best we can do is kill the bad guys and do abit for the gov. The current gov has its hands tied and is corrupt. But anybody u get in there will be, its how it works there.
