Is your gym being effected by the economy?

My gym is an old run down place.

Everyone seems to love it very cheap and no frills.

Serves food, has haircuts, like a social club lots of great guys

Here in Oregon its the slowest January I've seen, funny though November and December rocked, Personal training has never ever been better, I should clear about 8k this month just on training

After hearing that and seeing the pics of it. The place sounds killer. Only thing that would make it better is if there was a massage parlor in the back!

there is a wall where everyone who has a trade or a business put their business cards. they guys send business each others ways.

There is a son father and grandfather trio training lol

haircuts every 3 weeks.

i got an xmas dinner made for me also last year with the old timers lol
