Seriously, what the fuck is with the use of this czar word over and over again?
It's the media.
They love to hype up things.
Like "credit crunch"
You've ever watched a few minutes of the lame ass TV show Monster Garage with that douche bag Jesse James?
They have this speaker voice that is really loud.
If Jesse James is going to the bathroom, here's how it may sound:
"THEN JESSE STOPS THE STEEL HANDLING MAYHEM FOR A MOMENT - FOR A MOMENT OF MAAAAANLY MOMENT OF LONLYNESS - ARGGGGGH"
The media whores are drama queens.
It's a play with words really.
Here's what's going on:
It's easier to sell a drama rather than the actual story.
So rather than telling the boring news, the news media will try to sex up the news.
That's why you will see them branding people as "mavericks", that someone is making a comeback, that "the market" is going nuts, et al.
The most bizarre phenom is the expression "the market".
The economy "journalists" (I use that term loosely, they are mostly fan boys of the Wall Street bankers) describe the market as some kind of living organism.
"The market responded with a rally"
This is pretty bothersome in my opinion.
You gotta depict a financial market for what it is.
