for THE best pizza, try Anthonys in Brooklyn, Pizza Plus in Natick Mass (try an egg and pepper grinder), or the restaurant on top of Seibu department store in Tokyo.

In Scottsdale, try Rays, in Chandler NYPD

In South Miami, Steves Pizza

hope this helps!

alright....this is a good thread to ask this.  All you damn yankees that are constantly talking about how great NY pizza is, explain why.  Is NY better than Chicago pizza?  I've heard Chicago is better.  What is the difference?  Please educate a transplanted hillbilly.

Don't let me down getbiggers....speak on this!

I've never had Chicago pizza :'(,
but if you ask any transplanted East Coaster and they will tell you that the bread itself is just not as good as what they were use to.

I think they are in a sad state right now in the city. It's easy to find a "good" steak. It's very hard to find one that just makes searching for it worth it.

Did you try scrapple or soft pretzels?

I was there in the mid 90's, and the ones I had were damn good.  I had a few pretzels.  Not any scrapple.  What is that exactly?

The dough is made different. I believe it's almost more like pie crust.

Since the restaurants in Columbus here close before 11:30 for food, that is what we had last night at 1am!

Very nice subject change, you're absolutely brilliant comrade!

all pizza in rochester NY sucks a fat one.  There must be something in the water.  Pizza and bagels from Manhattan and Brooklyn just taste better than everywhere else i've been .

yes, I was born in Los Angeles, Lived in Framingham MAss, Jersey, manhattan, Long island, west palm beach, and I have travelled to every state except Alaska.

Best pizza I ever had was Tony's pizza in Brownsville Brooklyn, with Ancona Pizza in Valley Stream (East Nassau County) as a close second.

Rochester is in NY, and the pizza here sucks.  Just greasy bread with cheese melted on it, canned sauce.  I would rather eat frozen digiorno pizza than this shit here.
