KING KAMALI- Arnold Review

1. Branch: Improved, all time best condition, bigger, color on point, hardest man on the stage.

2. Victor: (should be 3rd or 4th) Best structure on stage, big as a house, flat and got flatter as pre-judging went on, Back looked smaller than last time, left leg damage was obvious, about 85%.

3. Kai: Thick and very muscular, excellent conditioning but not all time best, looks like Ronnie after being compacted.. (Should be 2nd)

4. Silvio: Bigger, great conditioning, improved symmetry, but still narrow and small next to the monsters.

5. Toney: FLAT.. A tall man HAS TO BE FULL or he will look thin on stage. Everything is there but the fullness. I actually sent him a text message after pre-judging telling him to eat a stack of pancakes with butter and lots of syrup and go to sleep. This will fill him out and as long as he sips on water he will stay full without spilling over.

I think Palumbo's diet isn't really living up to the hype

NO one ever looks really full using it.

TBH Toney might as well try the pancake binge. He knows he is out of the top 3

X is just Fine and will Rip the House tonight ..... Conditioned , Shape , Size

victor - was less than on point!  props for coming back to the stage.....

Toney Freeman is a complete Bodybuilder ......  too many factors made little to no sense however - This is the Comparison - People were calling for .....

Great show - please remember everyone - This is not the NPC / in the IFBB they judge until the END.... TRUE STORY
