I'm flat as hell and my arms looks like they've lost an inch, im more cut up but thats probably because im flat and the water is gone. I did too much cardio and only got 1 hour of sleep.
Should I carry on with my normal routine? Ive added abit more carbs but should i do cardio today or should i fill back up and do cardio tommorow?

Just take a day off and increase your carbs a bit. Have 3 low days - 1 high carb day

ditch all that long duration cardio and switch to HIIT or tabata's
