I think I am going to try and float from George Winter down to Castlewood one of these days. Are you close to Castlewood? I have only been their 2 times. I remember walking this one trail for miles and miles. I finally said fuck it and turned back. I need to get online for a map of the place.

yeah it's a 3 and a half mile trail up and down the cliffs, under the railroad tracks and back around to the start, lots of fun and very scenic, prettiest park in STL.
