There is a guy in my gym who have particitipated in fitness contests, but mostly he is a recreational lifter. I don't think he is a juicer, but I have come to suspect GH use, but I m curious what you Getbiggers think
.
This guy, let's call him "Frog" (my wife only think of him as the frog-legged man) trains with very high intensity. He doesn't use heavy weight, but trains with high-reps and short rests between sets. He really goes all out on his sets. He also trains abs a lot, with machines and crunches. Now, he always had a remarkable structure. He's got a nice V-taper, but his lower torso/ upper midsection is very wide. I always wondered if all the ab-work somehow contributed to that, but now i definitely see GH gut growing. He was always ripped (my guess would be about 7-9% bodyfat), but now he's gained a bit of weight (about 12-14% bodyfat), and his upper gut area is enormous. Looks like an alien is about to pop out. His arms are also somewhat thin in relation to his enormous upper midsection/ torso.
What are the odds that this is NOT caused by drugs? Could a huge upper abs area be caused by to much ab-training?
