Sometimes the simplest exercises are the best. Like I had tried three point push-ups. Those things are are as hell, and really give your tris pump. What you do is put your hands together side by side, like two cars passing each other. your elbows will be facing out. It's kinda awkward, but imagine doing a cable triceps pressdown with the elbows flared out. Try it now and you see what I'm talking about...
