A good idea! Why can't we have 'Welfare Brigades'? Lets take all those who never have contributed through choice and make an Iran style human wave. Most countries in teh world do/have done it at some point.

Better yet, can we have 'Tapout Brigades'? Think of how awesome at hand-to-hand combat all those tough-guys are going to be! One suburban cage-fighter could easisly take on 14 North Koreans!
