proof that high dosages of orals over many decades doesnt necessarily kill you or your kidneys, provided you take time off...

Vince was definitely one weird guy.  Was a severe alcoholic later in life  Wonder what his demons were.

Tim Belknap said all he did was the pills with the insulin since he was a diabetic. Said the injects raised his blood pressure extremely high.

Yea odd how his bicep would get bigger and better shape with more and more years of lifting  I wonder why it didn't have the biggest peak when he first started lifting.  I wonder how Coleman got bigger 10 years after he started lifting than the first year he started lifting. ???

 It's 100% genetic.

Some people can do all the steroids and hardcore drugs they want and never run into serious problems.

Some people fuck themselves up easily.

 All genetics.

lol

what I meant is the way it has peaked, almost changed shape, like a Sergio, Shawn Ray or Ray Mentzer had long bellies but not much peak, whereas Arnold, Beckles, Robinson have peaked bis, Scott managed to change the shape and attain a peak.

Larry Scott has a lot of training knowledge, for example variations of exercises on delts, tris, bis, which one could dismiss as gimmicks, but he is proof that it worked on him, on those areas mentioned.
