Lately, my training has followed this routine: M-F mix/match diff bodyparts compound movements with isolation squeezing the hell outta each n every rep! However, on Sunday's I go to the gym and perform any n all movements with a barbell...stand mil. press, upright rows, hang cleans, power cleans, deadlifts, bent rows, good mornings, etc.. 3 work sets per exercise to failure...I adjust the weight to where I'm hitting around 10 reps..takes just over an hour..HIGH INTENSITY!!! I walk outta the gym feelin spiritually awakened! Thought I'd share
