Need Help!!! Stacking Test 200 with Winstrol

Can anyone advise me on how much test and how much winstrol i need per injection.  I plan on starting the cycle tomorrow and need the info.  I was also wondering about my diet.  I know need a lot of proteins. Just did not know what the best would.  I basically need the "Stacking Test 200 and Winstrol Guide for dummies" ha ha    .  Or, does anyone have a link to what I am looking for.  I have been looking online for info for days and cannot find what I am looking for.  Please help.

type in the search for winstrol there has been a shit load of topics on it.... as for diet eat clean proteins a bunch of fish and chicken if you are trying to get cut and lean oh also egg whites.... also post what u have and what type of test your running it will help determine the inject doses
