Not a single one, nor can I name any in a few hundred years. My grandfather on my mother`s side was arrested in Germany in the 30s for disseminating Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht literature along with the writings of Huxley and Darwin.
My fathers side were cultural Jews who are atheist but who only dealt with Jews to ensure business and standing. My grandfather used to have a real "La Kosher Nostra" card.
We are a bunch of atheists and have been for who knows how long.
I still have a lot of relatives In Germany as my grandfather was one of 13 children on a family farm in Boeblingen. One named Walter, is still alive who readily became an SS officer. He is in his 90s and recently retraced his steps as an officer and has spoke about it for the first time.
My grandfather, a socialist who was vehemently against Hitler, of course did not speak to him for a very long time. MY grandfather was drafted in the last months of World War II already as an older man and was taken as a prisoner of war by the French for about 5 years. He tried to get captured ASAP as he was opposed to everything Hitler stood for. He knew the French would treat him very well. While a POW he tended a farm as his duties and his captors knew about his affiliation with the Socialist Party in Germany Pre-War and treated him very well.
My mom told me that she had a few Cousins, children at the time, whom she was named for, that were massacred by the Americans as they ransacked Boeblingen where the Panzer base was located. Today, it is an American military base that was captured since WWII.
