I think I should be able to put on more size, but I seem to have hit a plateau. Yes, I do have some size - I'm not a small guy. My body fat (haven't tested it) likely isn't too high, but I definitely want to get up to 230/ 240lbs. I agree, eating will be key for me. Typically, I'm good about it for the first month or so in a cycle, but then I just get lazy- skip meals, sub a shake for a meal - that sort of thing.
