Pretty much been stuck in beginner cycles for the past few years, and feel it's time to move up.  Typically cycle for 10-12 weeks, 210ml Cyp and 210 Deca / week with Anavar when it's available.  At 5'11" I'm ready to break through 220lbs, but I think I need to up the cycles.  I'm a hard gainer, and really want to add both muscle and mass.  Have access to products mentioned above. Suggestions?

750mg test/500 mg deca, maybe add some dbol to kick start cycle at 50mg ed for 4 wks

run cycle for 16 or so wks

eat eat eat eat eat

I'm good with PCT.  The dbol sounds interesting.  I have been reading some pretty good endorsements on this board...

Agree.  You've been dosing way too low, and your test to deca ratio needs a bigger spread.  200mg of test a week makes no sense to me at all, unless you have stopped producing test naturally and you are on hormone replacement therapies.  Most young cats are producing that much on their own.

I don't think you should ever do less than 500mg test per week, and I like 750mg per week for a novice if you are going to introduce deca into the mix.  Otherwise, your deca dosage gets limited by your test dosage.

im using anadrol right now and its pretty crazy, i feel my BP getting pretty high on it but good stuff.

The dbol will be a great way to jump start cycle and put on some mass/muscle, diet will be the key too

are you training for anything in particular?

i agree too, way too low on the test doseage but examine your goals and make the appropriate changes

All good stuff guys.  I'll definitely increase the test, and look into getting some dbol too.  Eating is a real challenge for me, but it just needs to be a priority, and I need to get some discipline around it.
And I'm sensing there's another reason to increase the test: my sex drive has been in the cellar and I have been thinking that it's related to the deca.  So the advice to up the test just really makes sense for lots of reasons.
I'm not training for anything in particular - just a typical weight trainer, and I'm ready to take it up a notch.  I started to add some product in my late 30's and I've just been very conservative on my approach to date.  Apparently, I now have the test level of a cat!

Really I agree with the guys who said to bring the dose up some.  But "Eating is a real challenge for me" is probally the root of your lack of weight gain.  At 5'11" and almost 220lbs Im not sure you would fall into the hard gainer catagory, not really big or anything but I have seen worse.  As long as your not 25% BF at that weight you should be able to put on more mass. 

Everone remember food is more anabolic than steroids.

I think I should be able to put on more size, but I seem to have hit a plateau.  Yes, I do have some size - I'm not a small guy.  My body fat (haven't tested it) likely isn't too high, but I definitely want to get up to 230/ 240lbs.  I agree, eating will be key for me.  Typically, I'm good about it for the first month or so in a cycle, but then I just get lazy- skip meals, sub a shake for a meal - that sort of thing.

I think FreakfestMD was referring th males as in bro's! Haha What you might also like to add to your cycles to keep sex drive up is provirion. Read up on the stuff, it will also keep estrogen at bay and keep you dry on lower dosed cycles.

Whenever i hear this same thing from someone, the cause is allmost allways that they don't eat enough. Just eat enough food and then eat some more, after all this isn't rocket science...

Thanks for the additional tips! I get the food and more food recommendation.  Eating has been a challenge for me, so I'll step it up.  The proviron also is appealing - anything that will help the libido

You need to train your body to eat, just like you need to train your muscles. I have been a force feeder in the past too. I had to learn how to eat. Eat big for a while and it will be easier the longer you do it.

I dont think many are gonna recomend gear to someone who has only been training for 3 months and if they do they are loony.

If you are for real more info please.

I suggest that you use heavy weights, and lots of good solid calories!
