hahahahahahhaha so im at the car wash getting my benz cleaned up.  i notice the kid cleaning my wheels has on a golds gym hat and thinks hes a real tuff guy.  i look at him and say, man you've got some massive arms and at the same time i pick up the high pressure sprayer and hit him right in the face with steaming hot water.  the girl working at the counter winked at me.

hahahahaha epic car wash owning!!!!!!

We've all heard of normal individuals doing superhuman things when called upon.  The mom that lifted the car to save her child etc...

A couple years back this little chinese dude was benching in the gym.  He wasn't strong or in great shape but just a normal looking chinese dude.  He puts on 3 plates a side and starts to psyche up.  I'm watching this disaster about to happen.  He gets underneath and in a perfect rep brings it down to his chest and back up and racks it.  I'm just amazed and asked him how the hell he did that and he points to his head and in bad english says "all in mind"

It might be.  I remember reading anecdotes about stuff like this.  One bodybuilder claims that you should mentally do your set first.  Really believe it and picture it rep for rep then do it and repeat what you thought of and you can lift more weights and reps.
I was stuck at a certain weight on the bench for 6 reps for ages.  I did what he said and pictured myself doing 10 full reps.  I then lifted the weight and banged out 9 reps.  This was a weight I was stuck on for ages and I think mentally I created a doubt and roadblock about lifting so much weight but once I passed the mental part it was all gravy.

They started looking at him in a not so good way when he had just a pimple...Imagine all the kids out there with cater faces who don't even know what steroids are think about when watching this promo...I'm willing to guess that there has been more then one suicide with this promo... :-\
