many think lowly on people like me who exclusively use 40 pound dumbells for standing over head presses in sets of 20+ also my barbell that has a fixed weight on it of 190 for bent rows, and i do my chinups outside
they key for me is to keep trying to add more sets and reps to avoid injury. why would this NOT build muscle like many claim.
currently eating a shitload of food, chocolate and beer and garlic bread and grapejuices
my goal is to comple
20 sets of 20 with 190 pounds on bent row. rest paused/straight sets not setting the weight down
and 20 sets of 20 with 40 pound dumbells doing front raises , military press, and side lateralls, rest paused/straight sets
by the time im on this level i should be about 260 ripped
only about 243 right now semi fat
