I stay pretty lean year round........that shot was at a contest I did.

I stay below 7-8 % bodyfat all the time.

I think I'm at around 195 (the scale at our gym is supposedly broken, possibly a lie made up by several of our fat ass members). HAHA

My body fat is 15% according to this accufitness body fat caliper.

Don't get my wrong, I'm still a skinny fat pussy, but I'm thinking I'll have a pretty decent physique by summer.  ;D

True Adonis = good combo conditioning/cuts....best elbows of the group

Goudy= streoid like size for a natty

Mesomorph78=black guy genes+great work ethic

Okami= underrated

X factor=same as adonis, needs arms to score higher

JaeJonna= little,yellow,different

Bast= very good genetics... although natty status is questionable

myself= same as goudy but prettier and older
