or just consume all at once?

I cant really be sneaking off at work to take winny tabs so i take 5  all at once about 5pm, does it matter?

I did both.  Im finding now that its better to take all at once, but thats me.  I couldnt handnt it all at once in the beggining but after a week I did fine with it. Just a matter if your system can handle the total load.  Dont think it matters in the end though

its best to spread all orals out because they dont stay at peak strenght for more than a couple of hours so you spread it out to like 4 doses and it will keep a steady blood level

I dont know, Ive run it both ways and I'm thinking its best to have the full strength of the orals pre workout. Seems to work much better especially if running a solid test base.

true to that also , if you do it like that you will get more use out of the androgen receptors fireing kinda like when they tell you to drink creatine and protein preworkout that it will be aborb at a better rate during the lifting
