I like Lee…always have.
I saw the video this clip originally appeared on, and for as long as I can remember, Lee has always preached the benefits of a “bulking” diet/season.
His claim is that – drugs or natural – you cannot over-train if you feed your body enough.
Well, Lee’s been at this for a long time now, and based on his progress (despite being a true freak), I fail to see the advantages of eating this much and getting this flabby.
To an extent – yes, but this seems excessive.
Maybe it’s an excuse to let himself go – at least in the conditioning department.
The guy still trains hard and eats enough of what he needs during the offseason, but I wonder if all the KFC & Krispy Kreme is really beneficial.
