it is not Gyno, it's fat
why does everybody keep calling fat on pecs gyno?
gyno is hard tissue, alot of men store fat on their pecs, unless it's hard tissue, it is NOT gyno, if it was you would have to get surgery

you have it aswell mate, that one picture of you where everyone kept talking about your nipple, you have a small amount of gyno.
Some people can become obese but still their nipples will have zero puffiness.
I think what happens is, that because there is a small amount of breast tissue under the nipple, subcutaneos water and fat binds to it and creates a slightly puffy look at times. If your low bodyfat though, because there is no subcutaneous fat and water to bind to the breast tissue the puffiness goes down and the nipple looks normal because the amount of breast tissue is so small it's impossible to notice.
