If H1N1 is Diff from Swine Flu, why is everybody calling it that?

If H1N1, which the cause of all the ruckus and paranoia, which is comprised of 4 diff elements of diff influenza, including swine flu, why is it being called Swine Flu. Through-out the media, I hear Swine Flu this, and Swine flu that, but I am correct in stating that it is not the Swine Flu, but a mongrelized (basically a created) version including Swine flu?

I believe the virus has been officially renamed the "When Pigs Fly" influenza hoax virus.

Or "lets kill all the pigs in Egypt virus". Or "Let's quarantine every Mexican visitor in China, even though we really have the biggest AIDS population virus"

How the HELL did you miss the long thread that went on about how this virus was a hybridized (created) virus made up of flu strains from american pigs, asian pigs, avian flu adn human flu genes????

Exactly, I didn't miss it. I said if  this H1N1 is a hybridized (created) virus made from various Flu strains, why aren't they not calling it H1N1, but instead calling it Swine Flu, when it is not a Swine Flu. From the national News to the local news. It's rather odd. And I keep hearing it over and over again, yet nobody is questioning that.

Every disease or condition has a medical name and a scientific name.  Scientifically it is H1N1...medically it is called Swine flu
