Just in from dentists. Appetite finally back so im eating beans and bread with coffee and a protein shake.

turns out he thinks i have an abcess so im on antibiotics. Face has swollen up a lot very visible. But pain has subsided a lot.

Go back on friday to see if i need a root canal. Ill be frozen so not too worried i dont think. BTW epic  hot polish dentist in surgery. literally about 6'1 tall, dark hair, olive skin. Very tasty indeed.

I have taken 1x 200mg ibuprofen. What else can ease the pain. Its sore to eat and I wont be training

My jaw is huge atm. In work it go so much bigger in like 2 hrs so it was a good thing i went when i did. I look like desperate dan LOL

Pain was real bad earlier but i took a diclofenic (sp?) and it help immensely. Feel fine now atm, just trying to eat a bit as i barely ate in 2 days now.

Sister is a pharmacist, she wasnt sure about the antibiotics he gave me so ill finish the course and have other ones ready just in case if i need them.

Walked from car to my front door and was shivering for a good 10 mins once i got inside. A doze and family guy helped lol
