how do you guys like this? i desperately need something for my appetite i have eaten barely anything the last few days ive been subsisting on shakes and rtds... and some fruit...
Are you taking any orals? I had GI problems that I didn't even know about. I was taking Sust, EQ, IGF-1 (may or may not have been bunk - still not sure.... generic red tops from Canada), smoking weed that would otherwise send people into a ravenous hunger and I still could hardly finish my meals. I was also taking a gram of b12 and the methylated form which is supposed to be far superior.
I laid off the heavy training for a bit and when I stopped taking so much shit, cleared out my body and resumed hard training and hard eating I got my appetite back. I understand that you're on a serious bulk and may not be able to scale back the training, drugs or calories otherwise you may shrink.... if it's imperative, fall back on the good old oat shakes with nut butters (macadamia, coconut, etc) and yeah... I know that whole food is nice, but just make sure your whole food meals aren't slack ass, like ground beef and pasta. Opt for a premium protein source, better carbs and high quality fats. If you can't eat as much right now, at least make your whole food meals count.
There's an IFBB pro in town and some NPC competitors and they consume around 75% or more of their total caloric intake in the form of liquid sustenance. I would name names but some people in town post here. They're ginormous and relatively healthy. May not be walking around on the Olympia stage but they're huge and very conditioned year-round. I've had some good conversations with them and was concerned about my diet, but they quelled my concerns. I usually eat three whole food meals and plug in the holes with shakes and other small, real food snacks. Hopefully that'll help while you troubleshoot the appetite challenge. For me, I just had to back the fuck off the training and eating for a bit. Got sick, recovered, finished the cycle, started feeling better. Good luck, bro.
