I think a lot of people consider 8-10 grams high.
#1: I don’t know that there’s much benefit to taking more than that, and
#2: Remember that too much of anything (even the good stuff) can carry side effects.
Don’t rely on fish oil as your only fat/oil source.
Eat a well-rounded diet consisting of various foods listed in this thread – including fruits and vegetables.
