i need help on this one

i just finished a bottle of pro hormones called (spawn). they worked ok. just as im into my 2nd cycle of a different prohormone called (avol) , {worked great on me last year} i hooked up with an old friend of mine and he started me on test ethanate 250mg one shot every 7 days for 4 weeks then he will put me on something else, however: should i stop taking the PH's altogether,or only take 1 tab qd. or should i taper off  the PH's as the test slowly works it's way. i figure that will be about mid way after my second shot?

forget the prohormones for minute......

The test issue is more important. Taking test E is great, but you need at least 500mgs per week.....that 250 per week that your buddy told you to take is not enough......thats the dose they give for Hormone replacement thereapy for old men....500 mgs minimum for a cycle.

true testosterone replacement is approximately 100mg/week of test E or test C.
