actually despite having food poisoning, from that shitty resteraunt we ate at....he is up about 2 lb. there is a vid on m3muscle.com called nothing but truth. look how much bigger he looks.  im down 4 lb since getting food poisoning....he gained wt. how the f#ck does that work?
