Most Americans have no clue what their gov has been up to over the years, and they wonder why they're so hated all over the world. If anything, ...they've been quite blessed. The levels of hatred haven't reached the levels they could have. Infact, if any other country had done what America has, Americans would have apoplectic fits. Books like 'Rogue State' helps them to open their eyes though, and separate the myth for the reality, then ask themselves what kind of a country they want, ...truly want. That was happening, until the 'invisible hand of the market' chose to distract the populace once again by crashing the global economy.
