Which is better for higher test levels?
I've been doing cardio and diet and lost a bit of weight but have no libido now
Up your fats. Eat fatty protein sources like nuts, beef, whole eggs etc... Just be carb conscious 6 out of 7 days where you can take it or leave it. If you feel hungry then eat more fatty sources of protein. Who cares. You won't get fat if your insulin leves aren't skyrocketing all day long. Take 1 day out of the week and eat a shitload of carbs (literally whatever you ant including sugary junkfoods) but switch to lean protein sources such as chicken, egg whites, lean sirloin etc...
Watch what happens.
