I have been eating an all you can eat diet for the last 2 weeks when I wasn't training, letting my rest joints.haven't gain an once of fatit ain't genetics, it's all drugs mofos !!!!
what is it with all the protien shakes , and oats, if that method worked so well we would see alot more masters on this site.i recently just added potatos to my diet, no butter, simply boiled and eat with salt and red peppers taste fucking great!!!tired of milk and cereal because the next day when your on the shitter , your dump doesnt flow out like it should, its like not a pleasant dump cause that milk is like glue n fucks you upi think its important to note that some foods are more comfortable shitting out than others, so go for comfort id say wich may have a higher meaning of a more sound diet anywayswhat i ate yesterday8 beers with 4 whole grapefruit inbetween beerssome spinach1 box of cereal6 boiled potatos1 avacado 3 bowls of icecream mixed together
