I just got up off the computer, did a good ol' bent over hamstring stretch (which felt extra good from their soreness) and then I clasped hands behind my back and move my arms up behind me from that position and it felt like my shoulder blades move up my spine and gave an amazing touch of pressure and i felt a release. Then, without lifting my spine at all I squatted down and straightened my spine, took a few short breaths, and then I just got right up and I felt the BEST spaced out feeling EVER! Such an amazing rush. My brain got so high from it's own stuff, man! Wow!
