After your first two drinks, down half a bottle of Gatorade (this is preferrably before you go out) before you go to bed finish the rest.

As a trained professional I can assure you that the best thing you can do is drink a ice cold Gatorade and a couple of aspirin before you pass out.

...it's not a cure all but it is a BIG help.

water
gatorade
greasy food

and aspirin if I really need it.

I get that too.  When I was younger I wouldn't get any ill effects unless I drank a LOT (standard "hangover"), but since my early 30's it has taken less and less alcohol to produce a crappy feeling the next day.

The only cure I've found is "drink less".  Up to 3 drinks I'm good.  Any more and I will feel "off" the next day.

I love me some Claussen Pickle juice straight out of the fridge after a heavy night of alcoholic induced debauchery.

This combined with some Motrim is the best cure I have found, and I have tried plenty of them!

N-Acetyl-Cysteine, alpha lipoic acid, vitamin B,C, & E....
drink all this before going out.. with 1/2 gallon of water
when going home take another dose and drink another 1/2 gallon of water mixed with electrolytes
and a high calorie meal...  ;)

ive been shit faced waisted and have felt fine the next day after this....

p.s. dont smoke while drinking

Drink tons of water, eat a hearty meal, maybe some ibuprofen if you feel it is necessary, get a good sleep, and most importantly MOVE AROUND the next day! I can't tell you how many times I woke up feeling like shit from drinking and then I just went outside, walked around a bit, rode my bike, did some pushups, etc. and I would feel MUCH BETTER. If you lay around all day the shitty feeling of a hangover will stick with you!

Drink lots of water with some salt added. If you got Gatorade in Romania then drink that up.
