unlimited food with unlimited fruit during the day, mainly buttery starches with fruit like cantelope or watermelon *remember fruits need the fat to be absorbed to get extra strength out of the vitamins)

and right 1-2 hours before your normal sleep try to drink a whole 1 gallon of 2 percent or whole milk for protien content. the reason for milk at night is because milk makes you sleepy especially in large amounts

this is about as good as it gets

this diet would create promote superior bonedensity with the fat and fruit in there and the milk

meat would deplete bone density= avoid bono falcon
